I use Relational Life Therapy, among others, in my approach with couples. We collaborate on your wish for therapy, and do deep inner child work, along with teaching, and coaching you to use relational skills to reconnect with your partner. We pinpoint where you're going off track, and how that may have been learned. I have extensive training and experience for anxiety and depression. I use highly effective, evidence-based approaches to help you heal, transform, make long lasting changes in your life and relationships. I am trained in Emotional Freedom Technique, which is an energy psychology techniques, based on acupuncture. Ask me about hypnosis, and hypnotherapy.
